Hospitality is great, its fabulous, its fun, its dynamic and it is ultimately rewarding. Everyone at MCG has previously started their careers as KPs, in Housekeeping, or as Runners / Bar Backs. We have each grown, learned our craft and developed into Assistant / Deputy , General or Area Managers. Some have been internal Recruiters for high street operations, some of us have have run recruitment firms over the years... simply put.. We love what we do, because we know what is like to love what you do.
